ארגון עושים שמח נוסד בירושלים בשנת 2018 על ידי דוד צרפתי. הארגון פועל במטרה לתמוך בחולים ומשפחותיהם. הארגון מפעיל עשרות עגלות עם קפה, שתייה קרה, מאפים ועוד. בנוסף הארגון מעניק יעוץ רפואי על ידיי מומחים.
